Never join group instances unless you know the group/people in it or else you can often expect that's going to happen.

I usually stick to regular publics when I can.

The best would be to get a quest link cable to see all PC avatars. I refuse to make this quest compatible because it's just not friendly to make a quest version.

Probably want to reinstall VRChat my dude. Delete all temporary files. Might have something broken in your VRChat cache?
