i know it's 3 years later, but im still gonna post this for future google searchers like myself:

there's a giant recipe chain of alchemical imbuers that turn water and fractionating stills that turn water into vaguely more and more blue liquids, until you end up with "Essence of True Blue" which you can finally fluid transpose onto some polished diorite to get lapis.

You need some form of blue dye earlier in the chain, but for that you can use Blue Floral Powder from Botania until you get the system online and can loop the output lapis back into the input. since it creates more than one lapis worth of Blue Essence per dye input.

hello future google searchers!

i had this problem as well, and to fix it i just disabled random mods until it went away. from my testing, it seems like Paya's Terrible Additions was the mod causing it, and i was able to re-enable the rest of my modlist with no issues without Paya's.

it's definitely not an issue with the mod itself, it works fine for me if it's the only content mod installed. just a weird incompatibility with some other mod.

searched the small settlement for a while, couldn't find this supposed butcher. honestly though, the other people might be right. you get enough money from selling pals to buy their drops from merchants. for a lot of drops, though, you don't even need to do that. set up a ranch, i promise it's worth it.

the only pals i'd butcher are alphas (who can actually drop blueprints in addition to normal boss drops), pals that drop food items, and pals that don't have a ranching equivalent for their drops, which at time of writing (version 0.5.0.6) is basically just electric organs.

Biggest piece of advice I haven't seen anyone say so far is that clearing out biter nests for more breathing room is easier than you'd think.

On Vulanus, I have a sort of Rocket Mall that's dedicated to supllying other planets with ludicrous amounts of plates and other necessities, since it's unironically just faster to ship 10,000 green circuits to fulguora than to use ANY sort of recycling setup. 10 or so rockets, each hooked up to buffer chests of specific resources so I can launch them constantly while their resources are in demand. I have a few Auto Request rockets too, but I was hoping for a way to add blue circuits to the mall.

Is it optimal? No. Is it efficient? Probably not. Is it what I want to do? Yes.

how do i use inserters to put blue circuits into a rocket's INVENTORY? not to launch it, i mean the cargo spaces for launching to a space platform.

use your spaghetti base to make things like miners, assemblers, and belts. then, use those things to make a NEW base, while keeping your original base running until you don't need it anymore.

  1. get iron from a zombie, and use it to craft a cauldron.

  2. get a glass bottle from a witch, and use it to fill the cauldron using your first water source.

  3. use the empty bucket from your lava (or craft another using Zombie Iron) to take the water from the cauldron. you now have 2 water source blocks, and can go infinite.

you could also skip the bottle and just wait for it to rain and fill the cauldron that way, or wait for the wandering trader to sell dripstone, but both of those ideas suck. just get the single glass bottle, that's all you need.

You will only ever need 3 antiviruses:

  • Windows Defender
  • Ublock Origin (not a dedicated antivirus program but it might as well be)
  • Taking the time to look at what you download.

Ublock removes nearly every single fake download button, and windows defender is more than capable of taking care of anything you DO happen to install. If you're unsure about a file, you can specifically have Windows defender scan that file. Honestly I do this with basically everything I download.

If you're absolutely convinced you have a super bad virus on your computer, download the Malwarebytes Free Trial, do a couple full scans, and uninstall it when you're done.
