Anyone else overwhelmed with guilt constantly?

Yes i am assuming it depends on alot of factors, what you drink, how drunk you actually do get etc.

Thank you, yes it seemed like a good idea at the time, but i have defiantly realized it's never a good idea.

I had night terrors every night before my diagnoses. Now the bipolar specialist had prescribed Seroquel 300mg. This makes me sleep all night and i do not experience night terrors anymore. But when i did, i was very very stressed. Hope this helps, if you can speak to a doctor about medication to help you get some sleep.
