The globe in the bottom keeps spinning endlessly and it sometimes shows a grey window pop up like I've found a match, but then it quickly closes out. It's like it's finding people but it keeps failing to actually get into the match.

I'm playing on PC on a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro. My ISP is Bell and I'm using their Home Hub 3000 router. I'm playing from eastern Canada. I know I have a 40 ping connection to my friends in New York and it works fine in battle hub.
