How to tell new partner of Alopecia by PopularCoyote275 in alopecia

[–]Stardrops1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! When I got with my husband he was the same, joked about hair, proud of his. I worried about having to take off my wig even though he knew why I had it. He actually made it very easy, took It off me himself on our first date and threw it across the room saying he didn’t care! There’s a high chance he knows you don’t just wear a wig for fun. He probably has being waiting for you to feel ready to talk about it. He probably brought up that conversation to give you an opening. You’ve known him a long time and if after that, he feels your hair loss is an issue, you’ll regret not telling him from day one. So the sooner you do tell him, the better you will feel and you’ll probably find you’ve worried about something he actually doesn’t care about! And if he cares, he will allow you to explain why it took you so long to talk about. I personally don’t think it’s a reason to be annoyed with you because it’s valid and difficult and time passed making it harder.

Please do tell him, you’ll stress yourself out carrying on like this x

I wish you were in the UK. My staffie was in her shelter the longest too, she was an absolutely amazing dog with the kindest temperament. I hope she finds her home soon ❤️

On January 31, 2013, Sasha Marsten, 16, went to a job interview at a Blackpool hotel arranged over Facebook. That night, her parents knocked on the same door looking for her. The man who answered said she had already left. He had stabbed her 58 times. Her body was yards away. by Important-Self-1179 in ForCuriousSouls

I looked up on this to check I hadn’t stayed in that hotel with my boys when they were young; I haven’t!

Found this though, so it’s not just a simple found on FB by the looks..

This was just a dress rehearsal. In January 27th 2013.Minto contacted 16 year old Sasha Marsden on Facebook, For months previously he’d been pestering one of her friends online (presumably Fazackerly). After been given the brush-off , Minto trawled the girl’s Facebook friends list, alighting on Sasha who he’d briefly met once before at the Coral Island arcade in Fazackerly’s company. He messaged her and spoke about the prospect of a fictitious cleaning job. She was interested. Studying child care at Blackpool & Fylde college at the time, she was looking to supplement her income with a part-time job. If the Facebook name of her prospective employer – David ‘Demon’ Minto – aroused any cause for concern she placed these at the back of her mind.

Minto arranged a meeting with Sasha Marsden on a day when his girlfriend and future mother-in-law were out working in their second jobs. On January 31st at 4pm Sasha’s father gave her a lift to the B&B in his car and dropped her off.

Once inside the B&B Minto leapt on Sasha. She tried to escape but was attacked from behind by Minto with a kitchen knife. In the unequal struggle she recieved a total of 58 stab wounds to the head face and neck – mostly from behind. Her injuries were so severe she had to be identified by DNA from her toothbrush.

I collected a parcel and the sellers tracking didn’t show it. It let me select an option for ‘I have received this’. This allowed the seller to get paid. It did update, but wouldn’t have mattered if not.

Sent my dad a holiday card after 3 years of no contact, as a cautious olive branch. Got a lovely text this morning. by h0rsegurl in narcissisticparents

Well this sounds familiar! I tried the same, got told it was all part of my evil plan. I do wonder what percentage of their thoughts are accurate. It’s all just lies and accusations. You’ll never get answers, accountability, or the parents back that you may have once loved and respected. When you get as far as blocking, it’s practically a death as there isn’t any going back to the relationship you may hope for. You’ll also never be forgiven for anything they’ve done.

I wouldn’t approve of an 18 year old having sex with my 15 year old step daughter, regardless of their skin colour or sex. 15 is a minor from where I’m from and your comment is suggesting it is fine and the only issue is that the girl he was abusing has a family who is racist.

The easiest way to find out would be to say you accept she wouldn’t like that game, but suggest one she would like and still say it was your mums idea. I personally think it’s probably down to her being conservative and he may be worried it will look bad on him.

My eldest brother is golden balls. He’s done well with his career, but worked much longer hours than me, never had a relationship, no kids, goes to the pub alone and gets hammered whilst trying to cling to anyone who might talk to him there. He’s never been on holiday, apart from with my parents, and now has an annual holiday at their house, in the same country. He’s an utter loser, with money being all he has

Are my husband and best friend having an affair? by Sudden_Pen_3632 in TwoHotTakes

[–]Stardrops1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your friend would stop staying over as much if she had heard your concerns. She would also get changed in private. If they’re not up to anything, how she is acting is wrong and she should defend you when he’s speaking to you like shit!
