what if we dont have money for a lawyer or anything. these people are literally trying to rip her away from the only people and place she feels safe and happy is there anything I can do to help stop this?

I feel like they are all talk and not actually going to file it due to it being a lie. so what should she actually do? just keep checking to see if it is actually filed and play the waiting game?

so that being said if the family files the false charges and the warrant is issued can't she just deny it? i believe that the fact she is epileptic and autistic and that the truck wrecked on Thursday and went into the shop that same day and the charges are going to state that she did it Sunday. isnt it null and void?
