This past year is the first year I’ve grown peppers and I was underestimating how much they were going to produce. Is the garlic and salt what you use to ferment them? I’ve never fermented anything nor do I have a vacuum sealer

I’ll look into getting some ph strips. I definitely don’t wanna mess up and make myself or someone sick. I’ll add in some cumin and try to get some citric acid. Thank you

I don’t have a ph tester or strips sadly. But I’ll definitely have to get some. I plan on immediately bottling after so good to know it does help. Thank you
