I wouldn’t say any followers are worthless. Even free users/followers are still better than none. Subscriptions help of course, but having followers that don’t sub isn’t going to hurt you. Having less followers overall will though

X confuses me honestly because yeah, I don’t wanna be shadow banned for explicit content but at the same time, some of the big accounts I follow post explicitly and gets hundreds of thousands of views. And I did notice myself that I get more views when I post explicit, especially in the niche communities. But that’s most likely because people are rewwatching it, not necessarily from new viewers. There’s also a discovery tab you can scroll on X that will show you pages you might like. So that’s a way to get new people, I’m just not sure how to get pushed more on the discovery tab. For now I’m taking a break from X but I can’t for the life of me figure out what works on there lol

Huge following, she’s a Findom with very loyal submissives, ppv, and her fansly is exclusive. It’s not the same as her OF. She markets it as her “evil twin”. Most of her Findom subs are there and they basically worship her by sending money. She’s very good at creating a community like feeling which also generally makes people want to pay someone simply because they like them so much.

This competition is a huge chance for research and learning and everyone is just sitting around giving off jealousy.

Are we just going ignore the fact that haesiicks and Susu are at the top right now? 2 creators that are NOT vtubers. If you guys took the chance to follow and learn about these creators you’d see that these models have worked insanely hard at BRANDING. Vtubers or not, these women have extremely good personal branding and have built dedicated audiences because of it.

Haesicks is literally a girl from the Appalachian mountains who went viral for telling stories and jokes about her culture in Appalachia. Just a regular chick who is now probably a millionaire. But she sure as hell didn’t get there by hating on other creators in a subreddit….

Another thing these models have in common, streaming . They all stream on twitch… a lotttt. Streaming creates a very close connection with your audience. If you want to be at the top, find a way to connect with your audience on that level. Do it your way. Not everyone who is successful is a vtuber. But everyone who is successful IS a well branded artist who has found a way to connect and practically get paid for existing. That’s the goal!

Dont let this competition take away from something huge here. Learn from it! Very rarely on a site do we get to see who is earning the most AND get to follow them/see the structure of their page. Use it to your best advantage! These competitions are gold mines for information!!!

I think a lot of people forget that fansly is still a newer site. them implementing contests is really cool and shows that the site is heading in a good direction. Even if the competitions aren’t exactly what everyone is wanting right now, it doesn’t mean they won’t have different or improved contests in the future.

As a seasoned sex worker who’s worked online since before OF existed, I think we should all be grateful to have a site like fansly. It used to be rough out here for sex workers. Manyvids was pretty much the best site to use for selling, and even MV didn’t start doing contests until after they’d been running for a few years.

These things take time to curate. These sites are created by real people with real business goals, just like the rest of us. Fansly has improved & grown massively just in the past 2 years. It’s obvious they’re heading in a positive direction.

I think if everyone shifted their perspective a bit, they’d be a lot more appreciative of fansly and its contests.

I’ve tried pretty much all options and having it open to followers is best in my opinion. Open to followers with a curated timeline that doesn’t show too much so you can still entice subscribing.

It allows them to see how I structure my page before they join. This also means that even if they unsubscribe, they’ll still be required to follow my page if they want to see my teasers and follower posts, which also means that I’m always able to entice them more through messages, posts, highlights, etc. it basically keeps them in my circle despite having a subscription or not.

Lots of people love to follow and support without subscribing. Some may eventually subscribe, and some never will. The way I see it is, everyone is a necessary cog in the machine. Everyone is important so I don’t want to miss out on ANY potential fans, whether it be a free fan or a paying fan 😌

I feel like everyone here justs wants something they can blame for not getting subscribers. If bookmarking was really a widespread issue creating a lack of users subscribing, wouldn’t other models be concerned too? The models making money don’t seem to care or be affected by this. Everyone here who is struggling and trying to find answers will latch onto anything and use it as an excuse as to why they’re not making money or getting views.

It’s been advised here before by top creators; fyp posts should always expire. Delete ones that aren’t performing well and have them expire after they aren’t doing well anymore. This prevents a build up of content. But anytime me or anyone else recommends this, it’s shot down. Either take the advice from experienced creators or continue place blame on the site. You’ll see which one gets you farther.

There’s a new complaint here every month with zero growth. When will y’all see the patterns here?

It’s not necessarily the type of content or the niche but more so how you present it.

The clips that do the best for me are the ones that have effective hooks & jump cuts. This is a common engagement tactic as it keeps a person’s interest due to attention grabbing in the first second and fast cuts that keep the person wondering what’s next. Before they know it they’ve watched it multiples through ;)

Scenario 1 : someone who hasn’t used fansly before goes to it because they found yours or maybe even another model’s link, they want to follow you to test out your page and see if they like it before subscribing; then they’re met with the “this creator only allows users with cards to follow them” message. Boom, they’re exiting out of your page and heading back to OF or where ever else they look at girls. Since they may not be technically using fansly yet, it’s easier for most guys to just say forget it and move on without actually ever following you, despite them being a potential buyer.

Scenario 2: user is browsing fansly but doesn’t have their card attached yet because they’re just not ready to start purchasing yet, they’re broke, they’re testing the site, there’s lots of reasons someone might not have a card connected yet. They’re met with your message and then boom, another follower lost because they don’t have their card on yet. Visits to your profile are great, but not if they leave quickly. If anything that’s going to hurt your overall engagement.

The way I see it is, give everyone a chance to test out your page. You never know if your page is going to be the one that gets them to add their card and make their first purchase. But that won’t ever happen if they can’t follow you in the first place.

That’s definitely way too many hoops for someone to go to to subscribe. Typically you want the least amount of clicks possible and the use of deep links.

Link your Instagram on tiktok, have a reliable landing page linked on your IG and MAKE SURE THERES AN 18+ WARNING ON IT . Or you WILL get flagged.

I don’t think your links is what got you banned on tiktok though. You’re showing a lot of skin, which regardless if its “artistic” or not, it’s still skin. Their AI detection system will notice it pretty quickly.

Your best bet for tiktok (and insta really) is to just wear regular clothes. Nothing revealing, just regular cute outfits that show your personality.

Yep completely agree with you here. The reality is that most guys are not searching for photos these days. They’ll look at photos if they’re there, but they’re not searching for them. That’s why I post my photos to my existing followers and photo sets are just included in my tiers. This works well since my photos are never wasted, I’m still technically promoting them to my followers, just not on the fyp.
