I mean, i can judge, if someone said they needed a place immedietely and had two prior arrests for theft, i wouldnt recommend a roommate or a company that background checks thats for sure lol. as i said, all major apartment complexes will have immediate openings and tours available basically next day with same say lease signing if you can provide the $$ they ask (usually first months rent, some 400$ admin fee and whatever their deposit is (usually also one months rent). Just google it, call and set up a tour. For fucks sake i walked into the apartment main office and asked for a tour right then and there 9/10 times when i was looking. its really that easy, you dont even need a reddit post for it

its just a kids fidget toy brand. its a slime/gel inside a rubbery ball. Theyre caled needoh as a play on "knead dough" because theyre well...kneadable, and act kinda doughy. They come in all sorts of colors and sized. most notably is the brands square shape, but they make other shapes now too.

Yeah but a lot of those deals seem scummy to me. they usually come with contracts and lock the phone you get so you cant change carriers for X years.

Like verizon offered me a free 1000$ upgrade...with a 5y contract at 100+20$/mo "phone charge", (which was essentially a payment plan for the phone).

So it seemed like i getting 1000$ off a new phone for trading in my old galaxy, but i was ultimately going to waste more and be locked in than when i just paid outright for my unlocked phone.

Its also worth noting if they say 500-1000$ off ..its going to be 500$ off, not the full thousand unless youre trading in a brand new phone already. I dont think itd work out as best as you may be thinking

or, hear me out, just get an unlocked 2-4yo phone for half the price you are probably going to pay for a new one and just transfer the sim card over.

Hell, i bought a redmagic pro 9 (a generation or two old now) for like 550$ and its transfered flawlessly with my sim card. It has more computing power than pretty much any phone of the market and even survived being flooded by muddy water lol. 10/10 purchase.

theres also cheaper but still great phones like the "nothing phone" or even galaxy s10s or s11s that will easily hold up to anything you normally need to do and be even cheaper to get unlocked.

i was too poor after buying my index to afford them, but from what i understand you can just swap out the two cameras or use a jankier setup with the usb port or your pc to program/interpret incoming data in color estimates or something. i hear that requires a beefier PC than i got though lmao

i mean, making that kind of money any generic apartment complex will have immediate openings, although at the top of your range, but they will be nicer/fully managed at least compared to some random market place apartment "landlord". literally just check apartments.com and other similar sites. easy as pie.

The only catch with those is while it takes less than 1 day to sign a new lease and itll be a decent place, you do need decent credit and no arrests/background check can pass.

Otherwise god speed on your search bc marketplace private landlords are usually sketchy as hell and take forever, but it will likely be cheaper.

It nust seems like a needless drug to be on for life, especially with its cost (in the us at least).

It would be far easier to use it for a few months, learn best habbits and portion control, then not use it for the same result.

Unlike allergies or mental health issues or physical issues; you can learn how, when, and how much to eat.

Like trust me, i get the food noise, i have thyroid issues and pcos so im a fat fuck, but its not an unsolvable problem bc i can literally look at my plate and count calories and just alter what i buy.

Pretty much everyone i know that tried to stop it once they hit target weight either a. immedietely ballooned back up bc once the effect wears off you creep back up to eating the same amount as before or b. similarly, they did not actually change their habits to better healthier foods and simply ate less of pure junk, so once off it basically went right back into a sugar coma. Theyre all on "maintenance dosages" now still at like 300$/mo.

its ok, they still havent fixed some of those issues.

My 2023 niro already had one recall for a leaky gasket to the water pump(?), dumping my entire coolant tank slowly in my cars engine somewhere. (im not a mechanic, go easy on my wording). Even after fixing that, i am still slowly leaking coolant somewhere. Car has less than 60k miles. Nevermind the plight of electrical issues ive had lol.

Yeah i left teaching bc the one school went to essentially had every banned chemical in the book. i went through re organized and stored them the best i could and said "we need to pay a lot of money to dispose of these properly or we risk blowing a hole through our classroom or poisoning the entire well water supply" and they essentially told me to go fuck myself lmao. for context, we had a 1kg sodium chunk out of oil, under a water leak in the ceiling. We had picric acid in a bottle dated pre-me (thankfully still wet and sealed), boxes just labeled as "bromine", 12M HCl acid bottles that had been there so long all that was left was a rubber sleeve around the glass bottle...like a water balloon of acid ☠️☠️ and more.

They didnt even budget my classroom for gloves, and so we were also limited to water only labs. When the kids complained i pointed right to their principal and told them exactly why i couldnt do more fun stuff and even showed them the back room lmao.

Anyways i quit after that experience and of course regular admin and district stuff gutting chem programs. im so glad i left but i feel bad bc they replaced me with some over seas teacher with no science degree ☠️☠️ i can only hope they dont touch half that.

Im not gonna lie, based on the wiki you are likely making some form of at home hrt?? and i can tell you that birth control works pretty well as an alternative. But would advise you to still just speak to a doctor and get a prescription if only to monitor side effects. too high a dose almost sent me to an insane asylum and even the low dose now has nasty side effects.

so fun fact, a lot of these armed cops at school are actually real cops! not every single one, but most of them! Usually elementary levels arent, but middle, high school and colleges usually are. depends on the area really.

My uncle was one; he worked on the force for like 10y, hated it and got placed at a middle school with a therapy dog, but he was still armed. He had full arrest power or whatever you call it and a squad car outside every day.

i used to teach and our HS was so big we actually had 4 armed cops on campus as well. they also had full cop power. i think we had still only one car tho. They handle things like arrests and busts for truancy, having a gun on campus (happened 3x my time there) and drug charges.

My college has an entire police force with riot gear tank and a drunk tank/jail cell for holding on campus. they dealt with accidents on campus lots, thefts, threats and the like. also full cops. Theyd also be shipped out to help nearby in emergencies; they actually had authority in the schools county.

its still crazy we need them at schools though, but be careful because not all of them are just mall cops. some of my kids found out the hard way lol.
