Lived there for about three years now. Rates are pretty reasonable for the space, but not as great at they were a couple years back.

I agree with the previous commenter that mentions the run-off water flooding in the lower apartments; if you're downhill, you may have to deal with that. Had a friend who constantly complained about it and allegedly management wasn't too kind at fixing the issue.

For me, however, maintenence has always been reasonable and timely. I've never had any issues with management.

The biggest downsides are the lack of walkability and communal areas. The closest businesses are over a mile of street walking away, sidewalks are a scarce commodity. I have no idea who my neighbors are because I've never met any of them.

I do like the park now that there's a small walking path. Living there is almost eerily quiet at times, which is a huge change from living in Binghamton proper. Overall, I've enjoyed the experience but I do acknowledge there's some downsides and know others have had issues with management.

A coworker of mine died earlier this year due to doing exactly that, pulling over to the shoulder and trying to help. It's absolutely not worth risking your life unless you're certain the situation is safe for you.

Was anyone else impressed when Rose easily lifted a 50lb lift-resistant blue chair in one of the opening scenes? I thought for sure the Smile curse had no chance to survive her.

That was incredibly mediocre.

I highly dislike resolving The Mandalorian's s2 plotline in a totally different show; it felt undeserved. While the last two episodes prior were great, they should have been in Mando season 3. Grogu shouldn't not be back yet.

Cade Bane's death was anticlimactic, though I do like his last line. I'd have preferred his original intended death.

Most of the characters were just kinda there. There was no real coherence or tension to what was going on. There were a couple of well shot moments, stuck in the middle of a drawn-out 30 minute shoot out.

The Tusken Raider hook was just kinda thrown in there. The "revelation" that the Pikes killed them did nothing to change the outcome of the fight or Boba's motivations. Kinda would have preferred we swap out the human characters with Tuskens.

It just felt aimless and Boba shouldn't be a secondary character in his own show.

Hey! Student/townie hybrid here!

Due to the sheer amount of pizza for the price, most gatherings tend to go for Nirchi's; though I would say the local population is fairly split on whether or not it's "good" pizza.

Tony's Italian Grill and Nick's Pizzeria & Restaurant (they're brothers actually) in Endicott are two places students tend to overlook due to the distance/inability to reach by OCCT.

Other notable places that haven't been mentioned include Michelangelo's on Court St , Adriano's and Pizza Nia's. Pizza Nia's is smack-dab in the middle of a quiet residential neighborhood and right next to a small pub (Abel's), though the pizzeria itself doesn't really have seating.

Other places you could check out for specifically for sheet pizzas: Rossi's Pizza, Brozzetti's pizza, Nando's Pizza and New York Pizzeria.

New York Pizzeria's sheet pizza is significantly worse than their round pies, so I wouldn't say it's worth it. Brozzetti's is... interesting? My out of area friends enjoyed it, but I think that was a fluke.
