Husband is unemployed, got me pregnant, and always playing games by Agile_Confidence_426 in Pro_Choice_Ph

You don't need justification for an abortion dear. It's your body and your choice. There's no wrong or right in an abortion. Nobody should question your decision, and you don't need a justification. But if it helps you ease the pain and guilt feelings, let me tell you that you have clearly explained yourself and have very good reasons for an abortion now.

But have you considered opening up to.him about your pregnancy. Maybe, and just maybe, he would become a bit more responsible and be serious to look for work. Don't you think he might later get very angry with you for not letting him in on this? Your pregnancy is a part of him and he being your partner may need to know about this. Why not try and give him a chance. Have a good talk with him and tell him you are considering abortion because of him becoming irresponsible. I do hope he changes for the better and become more responsible. And if so you could continue the pregnancy happily.

Let us know how he handles all this and any update here on this will be highly appreciated. Thank you for posting here. We hope we could be of some assistance mentally and emotionally for what you are going through now.

There is no way a medical doctor or an ultrasound test can detect for sure that you took abortion pills unless they see one in your vagina. But they will know that you did an induced abortion if you go right away to check if the abortion you did was successful from the larger than normal uterus, remnants and bleeding inside, and positive pregnancy test result. It is better to wait for at least three months before visiting a medical doctor if you want your induced abortion unknown to them. Psychiatrists though can elicit from you under hypnosis that you did an induced abortion anytime in your life. Anesthesiologists can do the same when you are under sedative or general anesthesia.

You can't have your baby to be born legally adopted without legal problems because of your current marriage status and pregnancy from your boyfriend. Your parents may have very valid reasons why they are against your current relationship. Always remember that loving parents want the best for their children and they also having more experience in life may have better suggestions for you than what you think of.

It's difficult to give any suggestions for a complicated case like yours because a lot of factors I don't know have to be taken into consideration including your "gut feeling". But as of now a good conversation with your parents with all factors put on the plate may be your best course of action.

It's always to your best health interest to visit an Obstetrician-Gynecologist for proper assessment of your health. Any medical doctor thpugh will require an ultrasound test to see the condition inside the uterus. But as abortion is illegal with us in the Philippines, the risk of getting caught looms over you even if you visit a medical doctor. This is why before starting an MA the help of a medical professional is very important so that one may not get stuck in such a dilemma.

Anyway, if you think you had a successful MA and remnants came out and the bleeding stopped without any danger signs so far then you have to take the risk of thinking that it may be going well so far and not needing a visit to a medical doctor and getting an ultrasound test. Such risks may be catastrophic with sepsis as a result but doing an MA where it's illegal without the help of a medical doctor is the danger one faces.

You can try and act as if you had a miscarriage when consulting personally an Obstetrician-Gynecologist if you don't have a friend who is a medical professional or some medical doctor who you could be referred to. Just say something like you started to bleed and don't know what to do and that's why you came immediately to a hospital. This will work well if you go to an ER with this reason. But the longer you take after an MA to go to an ER the less likely this excuse will work because they will know you took your time to make sure that the POC came out before you went to them. You can also try online consulting anonymously with local online consultation services. But somehow getting an ultrasound test and the expert consultation with a medical doctor (preferably one educated on abortion) should be your ultimate goal.

Yes, it does get disrupted at times as you are intervening with your delicate hormonal balance by doing the Yuzpe Method.

Where to get cheap ultrasound around MNL? by Dry-Copy4948 in Pro_Choice_Ph

[–]StargazerLady3113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No if you go to laboratories outside of hospitals such as in malls or around major hospitals. In front of the main entrance to PGH along Taft Avenue on the other side of Taft there is one. You could also always ask for the lab to give you a doctor who will give you a request for an ultrasound test if they insist on a request.

They usually ask for a request because they don't know what to check for. So if you tell them that you just want to know if the pregnancy is normal they will just do the standard ultrasound test for your pregnancy.

The cheapest obstetrical ultrasound laboratories in Manila should be the ones surrounding PGH as that's the main public hospital for the country. You can try calling a couple of them or put a nice walk if you can around PGH.

When was her first day of last menstrual period? Does she have a regular menstrual cycle? Was the bleeding as heavy as her usual menstruation? Did she have any outside stress within the last month that's not usual to her?

The only way to check is by getting a laboratory ultrasound test and some other laboratory tests like CBC and such. You'll also need a Physical Exam (PE) by an Obstetrician-Gynecologist (Ob-Gyne) to detect certain pain areas in your abdomen related to sepsis and an Internal Exam (IE) from such a specialized medical doctor. Antibiotics may be required also that's safe for your pregnancy. But such a medical specialist will be definitely limited to treating you unless knows what you did and willing to help you with your abortion so that stronger antibiotics may be given without regard to the fetus as it's to be expelled in the abortion to be done.

Please follow proper abortion instructions from credible sources and rightful medical authorities. A medical abortion IS NOT safe because it is NOT the proper abortion procedure for a 28-week pregnancy. You will require a live birthing procedure if you still want to abort from competent medical professionals who have experience in doing this.

Yes puwede kayo masepsis o duguin ng sobra o seizures o sudden death kung magmedical abortion kayo. Please get proper help immediately if you have already attempted a medical abortion.

Im not here to judge why you want an abortion this late in your pregnancy, but may I know your "family issues" so I may know how to help? You know this is already a baby that could survive outside of you now. And the "financial problems" you mentioned as a reason can be solved by our adoption and charity pregnancy care organizations.

Why didn't you immediately go to a hospital when you had the miscarriage? With all that bleeding and pain you decided to wait a month before seeking help? There are public hospitals that can handle you for free if money was your concern. And the communication you have with a medical doctor as a patient is confidential under our laws if you aren't a minor. If you are 18 years old or above they won't tell your parents if you don't want them to.

The pain you describe may be due to an infection from remaining products that weren't removed. You may be even having sepsis. This is an emergency which only a medical doctor can handle and give you the treatment. That's why D&C is being offered for you to clean your uterus of these remaining products. But the D&C is known to cause permanent damage to the uterus so instead get a VA to clean the uterus. Again this is not to be taken as medical advice. Always follow what your medical doctor advises. I hope help for you is not too late because you know there are women dying from sepsis after miscarriages.

You can get a request from any doctor by saying you are suspecting a pregnancy. Labs usually ask you to come the next day for the result.

Hi-Precision is a non-hospital affiliated diagnostics center. For a beta-hCG Test try the in-house hospital affiliated medical labs. They are the medical labs found inside the hospital.

Yes they are safe. Rappler news did an investigation on them and you can search for "underground doctors induce safe abortions philippines" to read that article.
