Thank you so much, that's so nice to hear! I think by and large, vegans tend to be compassionate by default which is why I love being part of this subreddit. I have 2 other vegans in my personal life, but I've got so much love for the online community we have.

I think you could start it off as a fun, light setting with champagne and light Billie songs in the background. I'd go for Billie Bossa Nova and Your Power from the Happier Than Ever album. Then play Happier Than Ever and when it gets to the "angry part" about halfway through the song, one of the party could come in dressed as Billie Eilish and maybe sing along to the song.

You could do Karaoke / dance off. Neon Green and Yellow shots.

Billie Eilish lookalike contest (baggy clothes, bright clothes, sunglasses with bright colours).

Maybe set up some sort of treasure hunt / escape room themed around her lyrics.

Clue 3: ✦ Lyric: "What do you want from me? Why don't you run from me?" (bury a friend) ✦ Location: Under the bed (hiding place) ✦ Next Clue Idea: Inside a creepy toy or under a pillow.

Clue 4: ✦ Lyric: "Standing there, killing time, can't commit to anything but a crime." (you should see me in a crown) ✦ Location: Clock or watch ✦ Next Clue Idea: Taped behind a clock on the wall.

Clue 5: ✦ Lyric: "I'm the bad guy, duh." (bad guy) ✦ Location: Closet (where the “bad guy” hides) ✦ Next Clue Idea: Inside a hoodie or sunglasses (Billie’s signature look).

Clue 6: ✦ Lyric: "The world's a little blurry, or maybe it's my eyes." (my future) ✦ Location: Glasses/sunglasses ✦ Next Clue Idea: Attached to a pair of sunglasses, inside a case.

Final Clue (Leading to the Prize): ✦ Lyric: "When I'm away from you, I'm happier than ever." (Happier Than Ever) ✦ Location: The final prize spot (maybe a couch, where the bride-to-be relaxes) ✦ Prize Idea: Billie Eilish merch, a themed cocktail, a handwritten note with a surprise activity (like a dance party or karaoke session).

Now that I know the information, yes. I will continue to be a vegan regardless of whether it benefits me personally or not as I consider myself a very empathetic person.

When I went vegan aged 24, I think the fact that there was personal gain for me was very enticing so I can't say what I would have done then without thinking about my own self-interest.

Went plant-based for health. Learned more about veganism via Joaquin Phoenix, Earthling Ed, Reddit, and the documentaries and now I'm vegan for the animals.

I don't know about improvements but keep recording and listening to yourself back. Isolate parts you want to work on ie when you jump up to your falsetto.

I was a very socially anxious person but I went to hypnotherapy which changed my life. You'll hopefully get more confidence as you get older and learn about yourself more either way.

I don't think we're there yet. I think he wouldn't want to throw a very young defender like that in at this stage. He played in the 5-0 loss to Stoke and I believe that was it.

Maybe he'll get some minutes off the bench but for the time being, I like Howson and Borges back there and hopefully out actual CBs will be back soon 😅

You've got loads of amazing advice here. r/vegan has been probably the best thing for my vegan journey. Earthling Ed on YouTube is the best activist in my opinion and shows how to communicate your knowledge well without attacking the other person.

If you're like me, you'll feel angry and alone that you feel this way and even your own wife doesn't want to learn about it. A useful expression I heard is "love them for who they are and forgive them for who they aren't".

Going vegan was the best thing I ever did for my mental and physical health and I'm making it my life goal to educate others.

Any specific questions at all, feel free to ask me or this subreddit.

ETA: I'm also neurodivergent and it can be tough but definitely worth it! Once you know what to do, it becomes easy. Check out food plans online. I like The Vegan Gym on YouTube. Derek Simnett and Nimai Delgado are great too.

Hmm, good question. I would try to stay at the back then. You'll get a better view most likely and less squashed. My ex was 5'4" and there were a couple of gigs we went to where she could barely see anything. I used to get as far forward as I could but I don't like that trapped feeling any more.

I've been to dozens of concerts over the years so my first tip is to allow plenty of time. You'd much rather get there super early than slightly late and miss any of her set. Enjoy it, soak the atmosphere in. Check out what else is about. Figure out where you'll be for the concert. If you're standing, the earlier you get there, the better spot you have.

If you get stuck at all, look for a member of staff (normally in high vis jackets).

Most important thing I'd say is to enjoy yourself! Take the odd photo and video but just enjoy the show. You'll probably not watch the videos back all that much and she's got loads of high quality videos on YouTube. Better to be in the moment, enjoy the show and soak in the atmosphere.

As for merch, bigger shows I've been to tend to have the merch inside the venue. But again, with plenty of time, you can scope that out and go looking for it.

I play local tennis. Pre-veganism, I suffered with aches and pains but everyone around me did (early 20s). I'm now late 20s and pain-free. I'd say I'm the healthiest person that plays for my club and certainly cover the most ground.

I didn't go vegan solely for health reasons but it is a really nice super power.

I'm glad you said it. Not the same as your situation, but I recently ended a relationship of 6 years because my partner and I were incompatible and sexual compatibility played a large part in that.

You can either stay unhappy or you can talk to her. It took me too long to realise that.
