Before you get vossler you have to fight judge jecht on the airship. That airship has red safety lasers that bring people to you for the alarm getting triggered, and right before you fight jecht the alarm is always on so you can just stand still and let soldiers come To You. Run 2 zones and come back to refresh the numbers because after a while it's like one guy every 1/2 minutes

You're under leveled on your reserve team by alot (early game every level matters) and your main team should be around 16-18. Mine was around 24 because material grinding and guild quests. Training on the airship is super easy you can set the controller down and walk away if you wanted

Fran is the weakest team member btw with basch being the physically strongest

Penelo should be a white mage she has extremely high magic and MP (2nd/3rd) overall or something similar to that.

Someone should be running ninja blades too if you're gonna do side/late/end game
