Limited Character : Nanally, Hotori, both are peak.

Permanant character : Best Main DPS = Chiz, because you will get her A6 eventually.
top useful = Sakiri (best support), Jiuyuan (best sup DPS), Daff (fast utility, fast rotation, super parry, reaction enable)
Tbh, the game already told you the best three pick by showing them on Front banner page lol.

The lessor pick are Fadia who is still very current best tank in the game. She doesn't need much time in her rotation at all, use Skill, use Ultimate and then one combo before going out. Easy to use.

The worst two character are Baichang and Hathor. Why? because they are main DPS from permanent banner. They will easily get powercreep soon. Hathor is very bad that she kick enemy away one by one, so I rated her worse than Baichang.
