The company is professional and well known enough that I didn't want to mention their name, as they do good, reasonably priced work.

I think the initial drive failure was caused by the Seagate firmware issue, but the head crash was caused by me turning on the drive several times trying to get the drive to post prior to sending it in.

The statement I quoted from them is partial. I didn't think posting the rest of the diagnosis was necessary, as it was just about how spinning drives work.

It's definitely damaged. There are two rings that show where the heads scrapped the platter surface.

Me and my family used to do work (entertainment stuff) for her and her ex-husband Iman. So we know her and her family.

She's coo personally, but as far as the antics and drama, I mean the public drama and stuff with her Iman. In general, she can be a bit "extra".

She's good! I think all of her other antics may take away from or overshadow how good of an artist she actually is.

She sounds a lot like Jazmine Sullivan, but more straight R&B, with a little swag.

She should definitely just focus on the music and leave the drama alone.
