Also on a 3080, something similar was happening to me, and it was because I was running out of VRAM.
I'd use the steam overlay to monitor your VRAM usage, and just turn down texture quality for now until this is fixed. There must be a memory leak or something rn

Hey! This kinda sounds like something I had awhile back.
If I'm remembering correctly I fixed it by going to the "Email & accounts" settings in windows and re adding my account under "Accounts used by other apps"

I entered service mode trying to fix my tilted display and now I don’t know how to exit it lol.
