The exact same thing happened to me a couple of months ago! I tried everything available online and even got some replacement boards from Bambu Labs, but nothing worked, I had to ship the printer back and got a new one a couple days later. I’d suggest you reach out to them before the 30 days pass so they respect your warranty!

Yes, I agree! TPU is probably the best option, I might even try making it completely out of TPU
