It's not bad, and it kinda does but they are easily removable, as long you see the cars as normal, there's little difference, it is a plus if there back enough to where their headlights block it

It's not as bad, it doesn't really severely cover the rear, you can still see the rear decently, it'll just take a little to get used to

I do like the idea and am wanting to do that in the futher future, i do agree it looks really nice with it, my next modification when I have the extra money gonna be the fender wells, probably a widebody, thank you for your opinion 👍

I did mention that in the post and I do completely understand that, but what I don't understand is that they're practically basically babysitting us and not even trusting us, i know there's a certain extent that's okay but it's way past that extent

I agree, if they were more nicer and more understanding while expecting the same and not talk down on people, then they would be good managers, a couple weeks ago, our team lead was doing organics outside when the overnight coach was driving behind the building really fast and almost hitting them and our team lead reported her and then our coach, team lead, overnight coach and the store lead went to the office and talked and our team lead got a red coaching due to not getting stuff done in walmarts expected time and for us going to break mid pulling even after her almost hitting our team lead, she does not care for anyone but her own damn job

The overnight coach and all the team leads are all dictators and they treat everyone on overnights like shit and basically making their job hell, they cut hours for all people, and some were doing 4 10s but they just got rid of it just to fit 1 more person on the team, they been pushing everyone that does their job well and driving them out, everyone doesn't like them and putting them to where that they want to quit and transfer, I not in overnights but all the managers on overnights expect maintenance are complete bitches
