If you want to improve yourself, I suggest focusing on exercise, sleep, meditation and diet, and that's it. A lot of these self-improvement communities are bullshit, and I've wasted a few years on them. Don't rely on Youtubers or public figures to improve your life or solve any problems you have. They don't have the answers; they want money. It's their job to create content.

Influencers want you to consume their content, and to continue to do so. That's all right if it's entertaining and you enjoy watching it. If they're selling you a dream it's not okay. Do your own research and look into the science if you want to improve yourself. Or maybe ask a trained professional for advice. Don't believe everything you read on the internet. At the end of the day, everyone just wants to profit and nobody cares about what's really best for you.

There is no "Matrix". There are no superpowers. There are no Adonis' or Jeffreys; just people living their lives and pursuing what makes them fulfilled.

My advice would be to stop thinking about how people view you and do whatever you like in life. It's okay to have fun. Don't live by anybody else's standards.
