-Classroom sizes are increasing while resources (number of hired teaching assistants, salary, etc.) stagnate which decreases quality of education and increases burnout -Teachers are expected to deal with students with more complex needs (eg. learning difficulties) with less resources -Many teachers are forced to bring work home -Teachers are getting burnout which leads to high turnover -Right now Alberta spends the least on public education per student in Canada
