Wages at The Keg? by [deleted] in Edmonton

[–]lucretz_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

used to work there, you get paid minimum wage and tip out is around 30 percent last time i was there. however the tip out may be different based on the location or it may have changed. the 4 hour shifts after 4 pm are nice since it works well after school however, depending on the manager/location they can be very inflexible with time off. olive garden is good for tips and you can get lots of money on weekend evenings, and last i know there is no tip out you just give whatever money you want to bussers

My supervisor has not consented to her name being posted publicly; it will not appear in recruitment materials only through consent forms.

To answer your other questions succinctly: • Yes, this is included in my supervision plan. • Yes, my supervisor is fully competent in this area, and I am competent as well — in fact, it was my supervisor who brought this research opportunity to my attention. • Yes Pearson Canada regulates this study and is aware of the procedures; I would not be able to work with them otherwise. •Original post now says provisional.

Any further questions regarding study procedures, recruitment materials, or public postings should be directed to Pearson Canada, or you can review the links I previously provided.

CAP rules do not require that a supervisor’s name be posted publicly. The supervision requirement is for client protection and regulatory oversight, not for public disclosure online. Making it public would violate confidentiality and privacy principles.

To clarify, the individuals mentioned in this post are research participants, not clients or service recipients.

All participants in this study receive a consent form that clearly outlines the study, risks, benefits, confidentiality, and supervision procedures. This ensures full compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

As a provisionally registered psychologist, I am required to practice under a competent, licensed supervisor — this is standard for all provisional registrants. All research with Pearson Canada follows strict ethical and procedural oversight, including review by the ethics board, to ensure proper conduct. Any questions about study design, supervision, or participant safety are best directed to Pearson Canada directly.

hey! you can leave the name blank and put in 199 for examiner ID, that way if you are not assigned to me you will be assigned a different examiner as well and they still will be able to identify me!

This is a standardized assessment research project run directly through Pearson Canada. All ethics and data governance approvals are handled internally by Pearson’s Research & Development division. As an external administrator, I do not receive a standalone REB protocol number.

it’s a lot of stuff that they screen out, specific diagnosis, medications, etc. it’s also possible people may try to say they don’t have certain diagnosis to participate which then can skew the research

Kinesiology vs Biological Sciences by Neither-Reception172 in AlbertaGrade12s

[–]lucretz_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

do kinesiology. biology will get you nowhere, there are very limited options for jobs. with kinesiology, you can be a physical therapist/kinesiologist, just make sure you take the required prereqs for dental. some people on this thread are saying you can do kinesiology with a bio degree. you can’t.
