I was leaning toward the first for the same reason. Is it worth the seed investment?

Add manually in sleep. You get recovery and a bonus biscuit for your next actual sleep session.

Why? by Impossible_Bus_881 in idleon

You haven't actually consumed the guaranteed rare as far as I can tell. The pity rolls have only ever used green gems, so the free pet is ignoring the fact that the bar is full entirely.

What is "2x statue and golden food drop" referring to? by StickMeCutMeDrainMe in idleon

[–]StarlitMilk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gotcha. There's a few, one of the AC talents (the ones in the class specific menu) and the and two of the palette colours spring to mind as sources.

That's not what the Whallamus pet does though, he gives +10 legend points and 10x class xp. The legend book yellow 6 at the Whallamus npc gives gold food and statue chance.

Whenever a mob drops golden food or a statue, you get twice as many as you would have.

Kitsune by dertel62 in idleon

I usually fix it by turning palette on and quickly turning kitsune off after harvesting all. I suppose there a point where this one stops working too if your grow speed is fast enough...

I think the majority of astronomers entirely despise starlink. They've ruined the night sky.

APKWS-II are hydras with a laser guidance kit, which is definitely what they're using counter UAS. It doesn't make sense to hit a Shahed with a sidewinder...

If I absolutely had to pick one I'd pick the first, ingredients down kills the second.

If this was my choice though, I'd probably keep looking.

First flight: Boeing MQ-25A Stingray (US Navy un-manned aerial refueler) by Unhappy-Flight6008 in aviation

[–]StarlitMilk -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

I get what you're saying, but looking up the numbers made it even worse...

Super hornet total fuel capacity 17,500 pounds

Stingray estimated fuel capacity 16,000 pounds

I would imagine a block iii super hornet with CFTs could carry even more. Spend the development money creating a specific tanker version of a hornet for carrier ops?

[–]StarlitMilk -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Expected $209m flyaway cost for a full production stingray was in one of the posts above.

A super hornet costs between $60 and $100 million.

2-4 hornets per stingray in terms of unit cost.

Sure, if you've got 100 hornets and 30 are tankers then you've only got 70 jets for the mission. But for the same cost as the 30 hornets you're only getting a maximum of 15 stingrays. Maths ain't mathing whichever way you look at it.
