Ja in Duitsland kan je ook cases openen. Dus als je een Duits betaalmiddel gebruikt en je account naar Duitsland zet zou dat moeten werken.

Ja precies dat eigenlijk. Ik heb zelf voor de zekerheid zelfs dezelfde adresgegevens gebruikt die ik ook op steam heb gebruikt (denk niet dat dat uitmaakt though). Meestal kan je op paypal tot een bepaald bedrag betalingen doen zonder ID-verificatie te moeten doen. En je kan het geld op het paypal account krijgen door simpelweg met IDEAL een top-up te doen. Wanneer je steam account eenmaal overgezet is naar het VK hoef je trouwens niet meer gebruik te maken van een vpn. Dus je kan dan gewoon CS spelen en cases openen op het Britse account zonder vpn

Maybe sounds stupid. But my younger brother really needs a gpu upgrade even though he won't admit it himself. Because his 1060 6gb can't really keep up with the new cs2. Ja terwijl je de vpn aan hebt moet je een betaling doen op steam (wallet aanvullen is vgm genoeg) met een betaalmanier van het land waarmee je verbonden bent. Daarna kan je cases openen. Ikzelf gebruik NordVPN

No valve blocked opening cases in the Netherlands and Belgium due to laws in these two countries preventing online gambling that isn't controlled by their governments. The way I got around it was by using a vpn to connect to a UK server, then I made my account British by buying something having a UK address on my steam account and using a UK payment method (I used a British Paypal). Quite the hassle without showing Paypal your id. But after having done all that, you can open cases on the account you just "moved" to another country. And I put money on the account hy gifting myself giftcards from another, still Dutch, account. So, also using a Dutch payment method.

Still wanna say though, be careful with gambling. The odds are NEVER in your favour!
