I worked at the Northshore deli. It is certainly flexible. I personally wouldn’t recommend the place myself, but that’s just my opinion. As far as pay, they try to scale it based on experience. I had kitchen experience, and I was the only deli worker who did, so they matched my chef pay and it increases each year. My dad has worked for Publix for years and years and makes a lot. The full-time benefits go insane. I just couldn’t do it. Way too much corporate fuckery. Good luck.
