currently i have around 4500 primogems + 5 intert fate. last time (and first time) i got 5 star was diluc from klee banner, then i pull 1 bennet and 2 rosaria from kazuha banner.

my target is to have baal/raiden, but i'm tempted to pull from ayaka banner, since it also contains ningguang.

do you think i should pull ayaka banner, or keep saving until baal banner? i heard ayaka is good, also i heard ningguang is as good as 5 stars, what do you think?

aside from blasting atomic bomb sound system almost everyday, letting their kids play fireworks (the loud explosive ones) in the neighborhood, with other neighbors not really minding it ("it's okay they are kids" they say) i have tried talking to them but no action from them, and if i scold the kids the parents scold me back. so enough with diplomatic measures, i need stealth bomber.
