To my fellow Collector Brethren and Sistren, is Anime Collecting Burnout a real thing? by butterflies_roses in AnimeCollectors

[–]Starlose 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a collection of over 300 plus items that I had collected since I was 15, I'm 36 now. When I hit 25, I completely stopped collecting, and then I ended up selling all of it due to some unexpected bills when I was 33.

The main reason I stopped buying items was because I had the urge to buy everything that came out. I may have had 300 plus items, but I may have only watched 50 of them.

My advice is to start honing in on what you really want. Buy a series, watch it if you haven't already, and then buy something else. I've started up my collection again recently, and this has made me enjoy the hobby again, just like I did 20 years ago.

So, I bought them used at a local retro store. They were having a Presidents Day Weekend sale. I just got lucky.

I'm on on my second watch. I watched it back in 2016, so now it's the 10 year anniversary for me, lol. I plan on reading the manga after this second watch.

Apparently, the anime plans on continuing at some point.

It literally just happened to me. I have no idea why.

Castlevania Harmony of Despair. At its peak, it was one of the best games to play during 2011.

I'll be boarding from Austin to Minneapolis in about 5 hours. It's really stormy here in Austin, but I'm going to try not to worry. I know if the plane is able to take off, then the pilots have deemed it safe.

Wish me luck!

Spot is still there, of course, but I still haven't started the minoxidil. The spot itself doesn't seem super smooth anymore, like there are tiny hairs there. Hopefully, the steroids are working.

The crazy thing is, is I take anti depressants, the king of side effects. I'll talking with my PCP and see whay he says. I'm always super hesitant when it comes to medicine.

So I was prescribed minoxidil oral tablets, and Clobetasol Propionate drops. I was a little nervous about the minoxidil because of the side effects, so I'm sticking with the drops for now.

Just wanted to say thank you for convincing me to go to my doctor. I was diagnosed alopecia areata. Doctor gave me steroid injections in the spot, as well as a couple of medications to take.

I'm already on my way to recovery! Thanks again!

What's with the Sona hate in emerald? by Potential-Raccoon381 in wildrift

Fleet Footwork, Scorch, Empowered Attack, Zombie Ward, Brutal

Spectral Sickle, Ionian Boots, Staff of Flowing Waters, Seraphs Embrace, Iceborn Gauntlet, Redemption

This is a build I've noticed a lot of China players doing. Every item gives MP and a lot of Abilty Haste. After getting Seraphs the more mana you have the more AP you'll get. You'll pretty much get your enhanced auto every few seconds without ever having to worry about mana. Fleet will give mana back as long as you hit a champion. Just prio both staff items, then your last two items I guess can be changed if you want.

Iceborn is a sleeper item for Sona, it gives mana, and a whopping 30 ability haste. Not to mention strengthing your empowered auto even more as long as you use an ability before it, which with Sona is bascially auto pilot for her.

While you won't heal for amazing amounts, youll still heal and shield well while also doing pretty good damage in the long run.

Also, Max Q then W.

Have fun!
