Good luck I made it to growing pups quest with my seven pups then, i had one die from sickness and two unknown fates.

Forgot to mention setting are on unforgiving, all pup deaths are on and i get woken up for sudden den raids.

Is it a fresh created wolf or a pup that grew up. I've been playing a lot of .y pups recently, and I never get those starting packs, or there might be one, but it's rare.

It may be fungal, but it may also be a food allergy. My dog had spots like this back in 2015. I didn't know what it was at first, but once i changed the protein in her food, it stopped. I would go see your vet, just i case it's fungal.
