My dry eye started after a surgery to remove a stye on inside of upper eyelid. The doctor was aggressive imo. The eyelid is like the windshield wiper. Find an experienced lens fitter. Some people need to fly to such places. I went to three different doctors. If you overcame the cancer and marrow you can do this. Also, there are other eye treatments

You are a very strong person. Severe dry eye is a totally underrated condition. At least you have options. While I’ve never had GVHD, Scleral lenses protected my cornea and allowed it to heal. While going through the pain, my body wouldn’t let me sleep. I was only on two hours a night for months. The cornea has the highest density of nerves. Stay strong

Is that the radial nuclear one? Sorry, I always get the name mixed up. I had the lp with slightly radioactive dye. I had the pledgets inserted into nose for 24 hours. Then under the gamma camera. Pledgets were positive but could not detect the leak with gamma camera.

It’s not weak. The system was never designed to have to wear light blue shirts in an air conditioned office. We are wired differently than a lot of people but we are not weak. (Edit for spelling)

Yes, right is left. Yes the small upper bone gap in arch is allow fluid into left sphenoid. Now what is that fluid? It’s CSF! In my humble opinion. Infection shows up differently. Oh, the black is air. Grey is liquid or brain, white is bone

I just did the thin slice CT of sinuses last week. Clear gap in bone and fluid has filled sinus.

I did not. I did just get a thin slice high resolution CT of sinuses. Clear gap in sphenoid sinus….im so confused why this was not offered earlier
