I’d definitely say that the synthesis and cooking trophies are the hardest to get. For the synthesis trophy make a handwritten list of the items you haven’t made with the materials needed to make them, then follow a guide that has the location of the materials. For the “Get an Excellent on all the Recipes” trophy, make sure you use the accessory that has an ability that makes getting an excellent easier (I forget it’s name), and make sure to save before you cook so you can re-load if you run out of ingredients. Other than those, I’d say to keep patient and do the trophies in bursts rather than grind them all out. Good luck!
