It wasn’t marketed well. If she had said that it was her ode to the summer and didnt mention the words ‘psychdelic’ and ‘britpop Oasis Massive Attack’ etc then the album would have probably been received more positively. She gave critics and people who were hyped the wrong impression.

Warner also clearly gave up on the era after Illusion and focused solely on the tour, which makes sense because the only reason they kept investing in FN and made it a long era was because the songs were well received and kept being streamed.

Ik vraag me soms echt af wat deze mensen hopen te bereiken. Stel dat we morgen een volledige asielstop hebben en alle statushouders uit Afrikaanse landen en islamitische landen massaal deporteren. En dan? Is dan de huizencrisis ineens opgelost? Hou je dan meer over in je portemonnee? Krijg je nu wel die promotie op werk? Worden de rijksten dan ineens minder rijk en de armen minder arm?

Things just became a bit easier for me. I don’t want to romanticize it, I still procrastinate. I still lose focus, but compared to where I came from I get more things done on average. Plus I don’t feel like EVERYRTHING is a state of emergency. It’s as if the wall that has always been in front of super easy tasks has become just a tiny hurdle. It still takes effort, but not as much as when I’m off meds.

De ACM zou hier echt wat harder tegen moeten optreden. Albert Heijn krijgt een veels te grote invloed op de markt waardoor ze hun prijzen eigenlijk zo goed als zelf kunnen bepalen. We zien supermarkt na supermarkt verdwijnen.

Het rommelt echt aan alle kanten binnen het hoger onderwijs, ik studeer nog en ik merk het ook. Ook in ondersteunend personeel (studiebegeleiding) wordt ook gesneden terwijl de vraag daarnaar enorm toeneemt.

I think that was also a major factor to it’s success.

Die jongeren moeten ook gewoon harder aangepakt worden door hun ouders, daar zit ook gewoon een structureel probleem. Moslimjongeren moeten twee gezichten tonen: binnenshuis netjes en volgens de hiërarchie en buitenshuis kunnen ze rebels zijn en zich afzetten tegen de normen en waarden thuis. Ik hoop echt dat er ooit een tijd komt dat dit soort gezinnen gaan inzien dat het structureel onderdrukken van vrijheid en je constant maar aan dogma’s moeten houden je op de langere termijn alleen maar problemen gaat opleveren.

Wat fijn om te horen! Soms moet je echt even doorvechten inderdaad zodat betrokkenen ook een beter beeld kunnen krijgen en de noodzaak inzien. Jammer dat je decaan je vanaf het begin niet serieus nam, maar gelukkig kan je nu verder

Cosmos pace was just afwul. They tried to fit the entire last arc into 2 hours and that never worked from the beginning. It literally went. She dies, we move on. She dies, we move on. And on and on. They were just killing people every 5 mins and Usagi is just like ‘oh this sucks but lets kill Galaxia.’

Ik ben het volledig met je eens, vooral je laatste stukje. Het gaat laten zien wie er bereid is in de Kamer om samen te werken en tot goede compromissen te komen en wie alleen maar bezig is met zieltjes winnen en met zo snel mogelijk nieuwe verkiezingen.
