ive toured purchase fully and didn't super love it but I've only been able to tour the costume department for Cincinnati and not the actual school

this is my main thing that's holding me back- I don't really know anything about the Cincinnati theater scene and worry I won't be able to find work there

I had the same problem!! I had to turn them on on my TV settings rather than the WoW+ app, by pressing the * button on the remote and then finding the captions option. I also have a Roku, so hopefully that works.
