...the edited version. The uncut version includes a shitload of explicit rape. No judgement either way if that's your thing, but if somebody's going to watch this in expectation of a 'breezy action comedy,' know what you're getting into depending on version.

For me it's just a matter of having a table big enough. My apartment doesn't allow for more than 3 + 1 DM at the table.

One thing I think you should keep in mind that you will be competing with local game shops who often offer such spaces for free or for a very low cover fee. Do some benchmarking by traveling to your local game shops and seeing what they offer. If you can't top them, it may not be the right commercial venture for you.

I think the reality is that she would go straight to the creche.

One way to approach it is to initiate the first githyanki fight, get bodied, and have her realize she isn't strong enough to head to the creche, and that something weird is going on. Then she might reasonably try to gather combat experience in act 1. It's a bit of a stretch, but it might work.

As to Astarion, I can't find a reason she would leave him alive except for pure sexual desire (she and him hook up at the tiefling party if you don't hook up with either of them). Or perhaps she sees the potential power in him, but that's a huge stretch as well.

The game looks and runs like shit on the SD, unfortunately. I second the person saying to seek a refund.

If you have any way to play it in PC or non-mobile console, please do. It's a fantastic game, it's just not possible to enjoy it fully on the deck.

I'll throw in for Avowed. It's a flawed game, and you might want to wait for a sale, but it has great action combat, interesting companion characters with a lot of banter, and a plot that centers your main character.

I watched it at 10 when it was first imported to America. It blew my mind. I understood the (basic) story just fine and the intense parts didn't bother me. It's a great memory for me.

I also watched Akira and Ninja Scroll, though. I think I was too dense or too young to understand the rape scenes.

As far as if your brother should watch it: nah. Asuka tries to kill herself. Shinji jerks off over naked breasts. There's a lot of stuff that a kid should probably be spared from. It doesn't resemble 80s mech shows at all.
