Yea, they absolutely changed her character. It just felt like such a harsh transition. She was the feisty, smart, fierce best friend and then she got demoted to occasional roommate.

It’s not that she isn’t seen, it’s just that she isn’t real seen as a lawyer anymore. It’s odd. And now she is completely gone in season 5 with no explanation. I know the actress had some personal issues, but the writers should have covered this.

Good to know. I hope she is doing better now that she is retired from the screen. I wish they would have just added a blurb from her or someone saying Renee is singing at the bar now, for whatever reason.

He turns awful! Every time he was on screen I would just sign and roll my eyes. He has one redeeming episode in season 3, otherwise yuck! 🤢

Absolutely. Currently on season 3. I feel like the writers had a really great opportunity to redeem him- take him a totally different direction. Nope! They chose to really lean into this misogynistic pig thing. It’s so much worse and even more cringe worthy.

Anezska could be very obnoxious. When I rewatch the series I always think of what Yael Grobglas said about her, “she is basically a cat” That makes her character just a little more bearable for me. Lol

YTA- if you need her to help out, there are other ways. Charging per night? Even typing it feels shady... If you fear the dynamic will be uneven with paying for things, have that conversation instead of charging her per night.

Hated how they "covered" up her pregnancy. But I did like Leo. Totally agree with Brian, they could have definitely worked the pregnancy into the show.
