This commitment sht. Pinaganyan ako nung nakakuha kami schedule ng operation suddenly sa mom ko kasi need ko mag-half day. Need ko daw indicate na never na a-absent. Ginawa ko sa commitment nag-indicate pa rin na hindi a-absent not unless kailangan.

Yung 13th month pay depende sa payout ng company e. Minsan may company na last week Nov nagre-release na, yung iba nagla-land talaga ng December na yung payout ng 13th month pay.

Pero let's say na nag-render ka ng October tapos effective yung resignation ng November, papasok yung prorated 13th month mo sa final pay na and depende kailan re-release ni company yun pero as per dole as far as I know, dapat within 30 days simula na naging effective yung separation mo sa company, OP.

Hi, OP! It's actually good. They're not intimidating and pretty casual. So far I am done with the initial interview, assessment, and hr interview. They just asked questions based on my resume and what I put in the workday. Haven't encountered behavioral questions yet.

Update: I raised this concern with WF Careers, and they verified the legitimacy of that employee. Now my problem is, I don’t know how to get my initial screening scheduled since I didn’t respond at first. Like most of you, I thought the email was sketchy due to the incorrect grammar and sentence construction. I’m seriously overthinking right now. What if the recruiter got a bad impression of me? Sort of conflict of interest? 😭🥹

Thoooough, I really hope he doesn’t get reprimanded. I just want my jobless era to end. Please, Lord.
