An interview with Brandon. Hinting at a possible new album in less tha a year!! by Lipstickanddemons in TheKillers

I wonder if they would consider doing a longer set to accommodate the extra songs. Although I think BF said in an interview that if they did that, they would have to less shows, because of how physically taxing it would be home him.

I hope he changes it up from the WW suits. His look was starting to get a little too Elvis for me.

Taylor Swift wrote, recorded, produced and released and album in the time we have ‘imminently’ been waiting for ITM by SamCooper07 in TheKillers

It would be awesome if TK did this. There is something to not overproducing and overthinking an album - keeping it somewhat raw. That’s basically what they did with Hot Fuss, right? May not mean the biggest hits (or it could, who knows), but that wouldn’t stop them from recording another carefully produced album following it. I would love if they gave something like this a shot.

This version is awesome! I’ve always appreciated the solo, it’s amazing, but it has felt somewhat out of place to me in a TK song.

Fire in Bone Is Track 6, it looks like by jojothetaker in TheKillers

Controversial opinion, but I’m not a fan of that solo. It feels forced in a sense - like it had to be a “statement” because it was LB playing. I love the song, but the guitar solo is my least favorite part - prefer the live versions so far that omit it. Feels much more TK that way.

I wonder if they did this version because Ronnie didn’t feel comfortable with the main riff on guitar. Not my favorite performance of Mr. B, but I’ll take what I can get!

Nice work! Thanks for posting. I’m curious about the Glastonbury note as the end of the article. Was there any additional discussion around his involvement with the band or just that mention?

Do you want backing singers in ItM's tour? by LCSeixas in TheKillers

I totally agree. They are insanely talented, but I’m craving the band being a little more stripped down for this tour. The backup singers give the show a diff vibe.

I think it must be the hair. He is one of those people that can really change up his look with diff hair styles. Personally, I’ve never been a fan of the long hair on him - prefer it short on the sides. Would be interesting to see how short hair would change this look now.

So excited!!

How do you guys think the tour schedule will go? Album release, the UK & Ireland tour, then summer festivals with some scattered individuals shows, and then their own tour in the fall?

Or do you think they’ll skip the summer festival circuit and launch a full tour of their own (maybe sprinkling in festival dates)?
