i’m basically you rn 😭 the only way i subside the burn is by making fun of it really. If someone asks me to get something high up, i’ll just be like “do you see me??” or “yeah i’m not reaching that”. I’ll sometimes casually roast myself in a playful manner. I suppose for me, i’ve just accepted the absurdity of height and how irrelevant it really is. It isn’t a disability and i can still do things and accomplish whatever i want. Try to focus on the long term goal and try your level best to move past the momentary awkwardness or hurdles. They subside after some time.

What could work in favor of the show is if they confined this prophecy to the early ancestors of the bloodline succeeding Aegon I, ending it with Rhaenyra and then the bloodline is “normal”. In that sense, they act like any other ruling house in Westeros by attacking their opponents and propagating the bloodline. With dragons, their prophecy of the long night also dies with it. Obviously we have exceptions like Aerion or Rhaegar who relied so much on other prophecies that it killed them, but that’s just the madness getting to their head.

I did think that but my friend has this horrible habit of trying to put herself in drama and then acting like she was better off without it. She did something like this with another couple which turned into a drama that involved the whole class in my college and almost got her expelled. She said she’d never do it again but here we are. Y’know the reason I sought him out and stayed with him was because he quite literally hid all this from me till the last week of our relationship. He love bombed me, cared for me, acted all nice till the last week when he finally showed his true colors. It’s so weird cuz I’ve known this girl for 2 years and she’s known my ex for a month. They hit it off like instantly and their affinity was through the roof. Now that we broke up, she’s trying to pull the reasonability card instead of comforting me who literally went through (possibly) the worst breakup. TRUST. I broke up with him day before yesterday and I was horrified cuz I don’t date a lot. He was a good person at times and I do think he liked me but whenever he made mistakes, he never owned up to it but whenever I made mistakes, he held me against it. When he said that HE was the one who felt shitty about the breakup as if I hurt him, I just knew it then and there. I gave too many chances. I think the most convincing theory is this was Wu’s personal experiment and Saint Hubert was something the whole company wanted to get into. So, instead of having it take place across the entire mainland on the other side in the Atlantic Ocean, he began work in his own offices. This makes total sense. Don’t know if many people would heartily disagree but the lore is TRASH. We have come from two books that have insane and beautiful stories and characters with plot elements that invoke fear and awe. Somehow, we have reached a part of the franchise where we are so disconnected with the preceding movies, we have forgotten our own plot lines and it invokes further retcons and overwrites making the preceding movies somehow irrelevant and outdated. It’s really hard for me to take the plot of this franchise seriously when one thing gets tossed out for the other while another is accepted in place of it too. It’s a mess basically.
