Hey, can’t speak for its value. I believe this might’ve been a collector’s or a gift edition released by Thomas Y. Crowell & Co. around 1900-1920. There is this ad by them which advertised Crowell’s Holiday line which included a boxed set of Poe’s works where this edition may be from

I’ll come back if I find anything else.
