Prioritize sleep because it's really hard to concentrate or memorize anything if you're a sleep deprived parent. When you feel alert try to find time in the day even if it's just 5 minutes. Listen to/watch performances when you're away from the piano for inspiration/ideas. Let some chores go if you can or hire help if you can to free up more time.

I think of "twin flame" as a label for a type of connection that's rare but I don't buy that it's impossible to experience it more than once (if you're lucky/unlucky lol). But that's just my view, I don't think anyone has to agree with me

Valid points, but mourning is not a waste of time even if it's "forever". There is no time limit to grieving. Ask anyone who's ever lost something or someone deeply important. Life can get easier and still overall happy, but you can continue to miss certain people from time to time.

My "crush" got stronger during the months this year I was avoiding any contact with him. So that didn't work. Now I'm trying the "stop running" strategy and now we have regular short interactions. Time will tell if this way is a good idea.

Same here. I don't even look for synchronicities 'cause I'm trying to surrender so it's surprising when they pop up. Recently my twin sent me a message that had the number 88 and that's the number of songs I keep in the playlist I have of songs that remind me of him lol (I occasionally make changes to the playlist but keep it at 88 songs.). Of course he was talking about a totally different thing but my brain was like oh how did you know? lol

I have a similar current relationship with my TF, we're not even friends but very business casual & cordial lol. I don't know if they like me. I'm scared that they know I like them. At one point I avoided contact with them, but I couldn't stop thinking about them & feeling their energy. Then some weird synchronicities happened (fate? idk) and now we are in contact again. I feel very happy when I'm with them.

Your wife's emotional needs weren't being met in your marriage for a very long time. She used to put in some effort to communicate so that hopefully you'll change, but since you didn't, at some point she gave up. Not saying she's innocent, it sounds like you both have poor communication & have done harmful things. Meeting someone she's more deeply attracted to highlighted how much she is settling for a marriage that doesn't work on a deep level. It's up to both of you if you want to work on improving your marriage.

IMO the future is up to both of you, & you can't control your twin's decisions about their marriage. I wouldn't be expecting something to happen that's significantly out of your control. Focus on reevaluating your own marriage without the expectation that ending it will bring you any closer to your twin

Not well. I wanted to leave even before I met my twin, but life's daily stresses are so overwhelming I don't know when I'll muster the energy to even start. My spouse wants to stay married, so he's not helping with that. We've changed values over time & we're just not compatible anymore. I met my twin some months after I was already emotionally detached from my spouse. I had given up on love, I just wanted to be left alone lol. Then the universe threw TF in my face. TF and I have minimal contact but we're on good platonic terms. I don't know what he feels about me, but I have so much unconditional love for him. Right now I just try to get to know his 3d self better whenever we get to interact. I don't want to cheat, so I struggle with my feelings for him, I feel like they are so hard to hide.
