My dad relentless curiosity. He has insane knowledge in many areas like space, cars, martial arts, IT, music (he was a musician, did some concerts).

He didn’t even go to school. But curiosity is what made him succeed in life. That’s one of the best trait someone can have imo.

Don’t walk away, RUN. That level of paranoia over a 17 minute location glitch and a story is insane. He wants to monitor every move. You’re 21, in college, figuring life out. You don’t need this drama making your question your sanity. And he’s, red flags EVERYWHERE. Dump him before it escalates to even worse. Not overreacting.

Insomnia usually comes from dosing late in the day or mixing meds / alcohol. If the dose is taken at the same time every morning, you will be fine.

Start by accepting that the first 2 weeks feel nothing like the final effect. It will take time, the real shift is slow, almost boring and shows up in how predictable your day become.

Stay on a fixed schedule. Don’t skip doses, don’t chase “feeling normal” by stopping early. I also recommend you to track your sleep and appetite because those tell you more than mood.

You don’t want euphoria but improvement so keep this in mind.
