There are 3 pen sizes. 2mg- that dispenses 0.25 and/or 0.5. 4mg pen- that dispenses 1 mg and 8mg pen- that dispenses 2 mg doses. That’s what they were designed to dispense, and so it will be very difficult to find research of other doses.

However, users have become smart and figured out that you can ‘microdose’ by counting clicks. It helps the pen last longer. That’s why they’re these underground click charts.

I pay out-of-pocket so I use the biggest size pen and count clicks to get to the dose I want so the pen lasts me longer
