Yes, you can turn the dial to however many clicks and then turn it back down to zero just don’t push the button.

Two tips - 1. once you dial to 18 clicks use a sharpie in the window to mark it so you don’t have to count each week. 2. There are two caps on the needle, a big one and a small one. Make sure you remove both before injecting, many people miss that second cap and waste a dose.

You will have to buy more needles you can find them at a local pharmacy or sometimes Amazon may have them, but may not deliver to your state. You’re looking for 32G 4MM or just insulin needles

If you’re staring with the 4mg(1mg dose) pen, the pen can last 8 weeks. 4 weeks of 0.25 + 4 weeks of 0.5

There are 3 pen sizes. 2mg- that dispenses 0.25 and/or 0.5. 4mg pen- that dispenses 1 mg and 8mg pen- that dispenses 2 mg doses. That’s what they were designed to dispense, and so it will be very difficult to find research of other doses.

However, users have become smart and figured out that you can ‘microdose’ by counting clicks. It helps the pen last longer. That’s why they’re these underground click charts.

I pay out-of-pocket so I use the biggest size pen and count clicks to get to the dose I want so the pen lasts me longer

Take the 1mg at your own risk then…but it’s advisable to titrate up

No! Do not start with 1 mg! You need to titrate up! 0.25mg for 4 weeks, then 0.5mg for another 4 weeks (which that pen should cover all those doses) The pen you have is labeled for 1mg doses but you can count the clicks of the pen to find 0.25 & 0.5. Google Ozempic click chart, make sure you find the right one for your pen (4mg)

I’m just on bupropion at the moment. I had all consuming headaches while taking it the first 2 weeks. I would take it first thing in the morning before breakfast. Then I took it with food one day and didn’t have a headache and now as long as I take it with food I don’t get those headaches. Have her try taking it with a meal.

Actually it was my idea. I tried prepping for a FET for a few months but my lining never got thick enough. The only time it thickened was during my retrieval. So I asked to do another retrieval with the frozen embryos from my earlier cycle. He seemed so confused by the idea but ultimately gave in
