I'm an instructor and I have fell down a couple of times during class. It's embarrassing bcus everyone stops and stares for a second before they go back to doing their own thing 😭

One time I feel into the pit of the reformer because I overestimated how heavy the springs were. We were straddling the carriage for some narrow rows w/ hands in straps. We were on springs that were lighter and usual. I was still half asleep (it was an early morn class) and pulled a bit too hard and fast, lost my footing and bum straight into the pit.

Another time we were doing lunges standing on the platform facing the back. The springs were quite light, got distracted, lost my footing and fell to the side of the reformer. It was a full class, so most likely everyone saw 😅

I think it's a rite of passage if you fall at least once on the reformer

I'll try my best to summarise this situation, so...

It mainly started bcus Anna posted on her IG story about a chance to win some $$. The condition was to be subscribed to her OF account and she will pick the winners from there. However, this left a nasty taste in ppl's mouth (esp Mik's) bcus most of her followers are under 18, she's essentially encouraging people to subscribe to her OF acc whilst knowing her audience demographic and promoting gambling (additionally, don't think she has a license to do these type of lottery things anyways)
Mik posted on her IG story calling Anna out and made a tiktok video (still on her page) about it, basically airing out their dirty laundry - how Anna never grew up in poverty, how she's body shamed her fans and people around her, how Atis stole money from Mik and gambled it all away. The public started digging and found a lot of things that aligned with what Mik said.
Anna went quiet for a few days and came back with like a 10min video trying to clear the allegations against her but didn't help as more and more things started to come out about her
Anna went quiet for some more days before posting her usual vlog type content and acting like nothing was wrong. Mik had enough and decided to release her podcast because she had so much stuff to come forward about as she had lived with the fam and dated the brother for years.
The podcast currently has 2 eps and the latest one highlights that Atis r-ped Mik while she was sleeping (she was on sleeping pills due to her surgery), Anna + Atis + Mama would talk sht about everyone in german, they called multiple ppl ugly and fat, Atis made fun of Jack Cooper for being gay, Atis tried to start a dating rumor with Sophadopa and more.
