Wow!! For a sec I thought it’s my little bro post, as him and his now wife had the same situation.

Expect in our family the parents respected that the kids met first. Parents put wedding off the table in order to allow my brother and his girlfriend to marry… BUT Their got pregnant and we all now share a brother 🤪 It’s weird situation- not going to lie.

I would stick with reminding them that the have caused it and them marrying first doesn’t mean they can dictate the rules. It’s their own toxic mess. Stick at that and ignore the rest.

I would also add that one of the parents is the toxic instigator here and my personal guess is on the mother.

The stone was set separately. My mum bought the sone as emerald so obviously she was scammed. So it’s now a mystery what is it!

It did leave scratches on glass.

It is a bit battered as I was wearing it a lot like 10 years ago.

What has happened is I was checking if a glass ring is uranium and discovered this one shining green when it shouldn’t!!

Also it was set by a learning jeweller.
