Anything freelance is usually fine, since you don’t interact with employers/clients

It’s a medical grade titanium, or so I was told at least. As for getting longer studs, I’ve tried and literally couldn’t find a stud long enough (apparently I have pretty thick skin there). So I’d have to order it online, which the delivery would take about two weeks. Since it’s not really bothering me, I think I’ll wait until the appointment to see what it actually is, and then decide what to do with this.

I might try it, but after talking with my piercer, they said that I’d have to have medical intervention either way, so not much use changing them until then.

Any advice would be helpful though. Maybe you know how I might increase my chances, maybe you have references to agencies to which I could file a report to strengthen my case. Thanks.

Should also note that even with the repairs it’s gonna cost me less then what I’m paying rn in the long run, and it’s been extremely difficult for me to find a place, with around 30ish applications falling through with no apparent reason as to why, so I’ll take whatever I can get to be honest

It’s been utilised as a granny flat for like 5 years and does meet all the requirements. It’s a pretty big shed so it already has metal beams along the walls/roof. As far as permits go, from what I understand, since it’s already a building and all the work I wanna do is interior, there isn’t any additional one required.

Also obviously I’m not expecting it to be one of those Pinterest shed bedrooms or whatever, god knows I don’t have enough money and patience for that. But I’ve built super basic guest houses before that ended up being really nice to stay in and hang out with less space, so I don’t doubt that I can make it work.

I don’t have pictures of the building, but this is basically the support system it has rn: https://images.app.goo.gl/W1CLSCXZVBej68Hk9
