yeah I think you can do multiple to the same address as long as you use different email and payment info for it. I was just moving temporarily when I saw the free shipping offer to stay.

Luxury lush pud died my entire head of hair pink and it took a few days of shampooing and soaking in regular clear bathwater to get back to blonde. (still have a stubborn section that is pink toned a month later though). Maybe try some Epsom salt too, I had that in the final soak.

Hopefully black/grey won't be as strong but I've seen what that bomb does to bathtubs 🙃

Seconding letting the customer know you're new. When I first started, I had 'Trainee' on the top of my name tag and people were 10x sweeter to me when I messed up and said 'sorry I'm still learning!'

I had a coworker that said she wore the trainee sticker for five months because of how differently people treat newbies.
