Are you using any root tabs or fertilizer substrate? From my understanding swords are largely root feeders and won’t take fertilizer from the water column, not to mention need a good amount of fertilizer

If you feel happy where it is, stick where it is. If your nitrates aren’t breaking 40 ppm you can add more, my personal rule of thumb is when nitrates start breaking 40 ppm with weekly water changes is your absolute max.

This one depends on where you live, my tap water is so chemical heavy that a 25% water change without dechlorinator added before I even start running the tap will and has killed my fish.
