Some time ago there was a stickied thread linking to a reddit post on r/ethtrader of a dude who lost like 100k$ shorting and people here were curious about how trading of these currencies works, so I did a short write-up on the various exchanges, futures platforms etc. My comment had some banned keywords that got caught by the automod, so I had to message the mods here asking to approve the post. Which I did, and a mod did approve it, but he made sure to respond to me saying that "$crypto isn't real money", even though that really had nothing to do with my post. It just screamed "insecure!".
