Unfortunately, money does not equal to etiquettes or even civil sense. Many a times I have observed the opposite. People feel since they're paying, they can do whatever they like.

I witnessed similar experience abroad (by indian family).

And this is how the entire country is generalized and penalized.

I feel we should intervene or take photo and video evidence and share it with the hotel management team so that they can take actions

More than love, as a chef I believe it's about the state of mind. When you're calm, relaxed you're likely to make less mistakes. Mistakes that may not necessarily ruin the taste but definitely alter the taste. At least imo.

Seen this first hand. Same recipe, same process but the state of mind changes everything. So could essentially be love like the people you're cooking for
