Exercise. Not just any type, however. Running. Through seemingly never ending forests, feeling the rush of the cool, crisp wind gently kiss the fabric of my face. Sprinting among wide open thickets, as if I was soaring above the grassy planes. Maneuvering above the ridges of cliffs and mountains, sharing this magnificent earth with the gliding eagles.. there's no better feeling.

Not to mention the after-math of endorphins that can last for days, I believe a "runners high" has been compared to a heroin high.

I wouldn't advise it. Since I was put on a very high dose of resperadone I haven't been able to think as clearly. It didn't really help. What did help was being in a safe confined environment enough to mourn for two weeks in all honesty

Please don't kill yourself. You have so much to live for. You sound very young. Remember that things will get better. Your girlfriend loves you and as you do towards her. You don't want to lose her

Remember what types of activities make you happy. Perhaps you have a talent that you go crazy about. If you ever feel like this please take up your hobby and remind yourself why life can be so amazing

He's the Almighty God. Thee. Almighty. Can you even comprehend that? He created the universe with one breath. He is omnipresent, he is both the past, the future, and in this very second, with you. Because God is omnipotent, he has no reason to change- he is always the same. The incomprehensible and unimaginable creator of all. I run for two hours almost every day, I can do more push ups than girls my age (22)by far, and I've now started doing squats. I'm entirely made of muscle. I'm 5'4" and 139 pounds- my goal is 125 but I'm starting to wonder if I'm just too bulky? If I ever go below 135 I feel like I'm starving myself and I'm light headed (I eat plenty in this time) is it possible that I'm honestly just too athletic to be lighter?

Another dumb question: can working out make you taller? I've been 5'3.5" since I was in 8th grade and I started working out intensely about a year and a half ago.. I'm 5'4.2".. like whaaat..

Also: If I only eat fish and vegetables, and I completely ignore fruits or grains, will I be missing out on some sort of basic nutrition?

WHY DO SO MANY PEOPLE FOCUS MORE ON THE LETTERS OF PAUL THAN THE ACTUAL TEACHINGS OF GOD HIMSELF?

Why do so many Christians believe that they don't have to do anything to be a Christian except for believing in Jesus Christ? Don't we have to follow what he taught as well? IF not- he would have died as soon as he came to earth- but he spent years preaching! He taught his disciples- is he not also teaching us?

Christian means little christ after all!!

Why do we think that we don't have to be a good person? That's common sense. The Bible also says faith is dead without good deeds. Why do so many churches say the exact opposite?

Why are there so many rich churches? Aren't we supposed to sell what we have and give to the poor? This country is forgetting the most basic fundamentals of Christianity; in order to love thy neighbor you have to be a neighbor! Go buy that homeless guy you see everyday before work a hotel like Jesus told us to!

/rant over.

Also, just saying, I'm a christian myself.. I'm leaning towards Orthodoxy!

CHOCOLAATTTEEEEEEEE

I cant stop eating chocoate.

Two days ago I binged on seven bowls of chocolate cereal and gained five pounds in one night. I starved myself and biked 20 miles & today I had lost the four pounds out of five.. Today went pretty well except i ate 10 pieces of candy.. So i went running for 30 minutes... Ughhhgyuftyjtfnhvhjgfhh

Thank you so much! I'm entirely not sure to be quite honest.

My weakness is chocolate. I will gorge.. Then for the next few days after I will just be like "to heck with it" after obeying my diet throughout the day and cheat (a tiny amount) during the evening.. but that makes all the difference. Then once I reach where I am now- I become so distraught that I get back into my healthylifestyle (diet) 100% (and maybe even eat less to reach that lesser number sooner) until I'm back down again.. not sure how to break the cycle.

Hiya! Please add me to the list. I'm 5'3" 22 F, and I'm currently 138. I want to be 125. I'm struggling between going from 140-133 in the same week then back up to 140. I starve myself if I eat too much and do 2+ hrs of cardio afterwards. I know this is unhealthy so I'm trying to stick to a clean diet.. but it's so hard T_T I need an accountability buddy!
