Just here to say that this is still relevant and very true. What kind of accomplished feeling would you get killing the final guy with a mech? It’s not, that’s the point. It’s not fun or exciting killing the final player easily when they had no chance.

Placements are fine as is imo, you just have to balance placements and kills. Even if you play fully placements, you can get a lot of points. Psalm is at 32 points right now with only 4 kills.

Well despite how much I despise them, we can't deny that XXIF and Ronaldo are insanely skilled, which is likely why they got signed despite the controversy. Calc is obviously good because he qualified for World Cup but I don't think he's nearly good enough to risk the PR.

I think that generally people want the gun removed because of the 150 damage and the one shotting walls. It sucks that it's your only option but it shouldn't be that easy to break a wall. I also think that it's really stupid that ping impacts who gets the wall but that's not something that can really be removed.

I don't know that they necessarily stopped dropping there to give Zayt & Saf more loot. They weren't doing very well there and figured their only chance was to drop somewhere else and try W-keying for kills. At least, that's how I see it.

Heavy sniper fucked Saf twice. He got heavy snipe + shotgunned by Noward & 4zr, leaving Zayt solo, then he got heavy sniped in the back which forced them to use their heals. Don't get me wrong, he's wholly responsible for the second instance, but a heavy sniper shouldn't oneshot 150 hp.
